TDLR Tow Tickets
We want to emphasize that these are
NOT
required by
TDLR
. They have been provided as a template to go by in helping with the requirements.
Please note that the Owner's Rights Statements do not appear on either the tow or VSF Invoice. These statements are still required for a nonconsent tow but are not on the samples. Any nonconsent VSF Invoice would still require the statement. Any Nonconsent TOW would require the statement if it is released at the scene (Drop etc) and a fee is charged.
